Medium duty racking system is a great system for companies that use hand-picking, where the product is generally smaller and staff picks to order. The system uses shared frames, adding the next bay of shelving onto the previous frame to create long span rows of shelving and optimize warehouse space.

In addition, medium duty racking system is also a flexible solution for both double-sided and wall access applications. For instance, it is an economical solution for storing long bars, wood, tubes, pipes and etc. It is able to load from 100-500gs heavy goods.

Types

Medium duty racking system: generally divided into the type-B shelves and type-A shelves, is the most commonly used a shelf, usually composed of the main frame and sub-frame; sub-frame can be more than one combination to save costs and increase the load capacity. Medium-sized shelves have unique shape, reasonable structure, easy assemble and disassemble. The layer height of beams is adjusted by pitch of 50mm, strong load capacity, widely used in shopping malls, supermarkets, warehouses and institutions.
