Heavy duty cantilever rack is optimal for the storage of long and bulky materials; profiles, pipes, timber, mould, etc. Because no structural part interferes with the handling of the goods no matter how long they are. Heavy duty cantilever rack is constructed from vertical central columns with horizontal arms that are adjustable in height. 

The easy adjustment of the height of the load level makes this system very versatile in front of the volumetric changes of the goods to be stored. The removal of all front supports, as in conventional racking, allows for direct positioning of differing length product and maximizing storage capacity. 

The Cantilever System is available either single sided or double sided with different dimensions. We have a large range of arm and base lengths which gives our system more flexibility and suitability all types of applications whether they are large or small.

Column

Each edge of the column is punched vertically on 3" or 4" centers so it may be used as a single or double sided upright depending on the size of the base used. Holes are provided in the base to anchor the column to the floor. Special length, specification and colors are available. If needed, we will use Stiffener to increase the capacity.

Base

A horizontal base is bolted to a column. Horizontal base use expansion anchor bolts to connect the floor. Base made from High Tensile Steel. If needed, we will use Stiffener to increase the capacity.

Arm

Cantilever arms are the heart of the rack system. Proper selection can make or break a successful storage plan. Arms can be adjusted on 3"/4" centers up and down the upright and are available in many colors. Lengths to 2.0m in a variety of capacities. We have a number of arms for options.
